Terms of Use

Abhyas360 is operated by Abhyas360 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Abhyas360, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Abhyas360 offers mock tests, previous-year papers, topic practice, revision, progress tracking and related study tools for Indian government and competitive exams. The service is in beta: features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and parts may sometimes be unavailable.

Abhyas360 is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government body, ministry, commission, recruitment board or exam conducting authority. Exam names are used only to describe what the practice is for. The official notification and website of the conducting body are the only authoritative source for patterns, syllabi, dates, eligibility, answer keys and results.

We work to keep questions and solutions correct (see how questions are verified), but mistakes can happen.

• Exam patterns labelled 'indicative' are practice approximations, not the official pattern. Always confirm the latest official notification.
• Vacancy and alert information is a reviewed catalogue and can be incomplete or out of date. Check the official notice before you apply or pay any fee.
• If you find an error, report it from the question review. A correction applies to future tests; historical attempts keep their original questions and scores.

Scores, percentiles, accuracy, study plans and any other indicators are for practice only. They do not predict, and we do not guarantee, your official score, rank, cut-off, result or selection in any exam.

AI explanations, mains/essay feedback and interview feedback are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not an official evaluation or an examiner's marks. Reviewed solutions remain the reference. AI features may have daily limits and may be switched off at times.

• Give accurate details and keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share or sell accounts.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password, sign out with 'Also sign out of all other devices' ticked, and tell us.
• The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, republish or sell questions, solutions or other content, or use automated tools to download it;
• try to bypass timers, scoring, rate limits, access controls or security, or access another person's account or data;
• create fake accounts or misuse invites or referrals;
• post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, or other people's personal information, in reports, answers or chats;
• disrupt or overload the service, or impersonate anyone, including us or an exam authority.

You keep ownership of what you write — question reports, mains answers, essays, drafts and chat messages. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and show it to you, to send it to our service providers to deliver the features you use (for example AI feedback), and to use question reports to review and correct content. Question reports may be kept after you delete your account, without your name. We do not publish your written answers.

Questions, solutions, explanations, software and design on Abhyas360 belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial preparation. Official previous-year papers and answer keys belong to their respective authorities and are reproduced for practice with their source shown.

Purchases are not currently offered. Beta access is currently open without payment collection, and there is no checkout.

If optional paid exam packs are introduced, these terms will apply to them:

• The price, contents and validity period will be shown before you pay.
• Each pack is a one-time purchase. There is no autopay and no recurring charge.
• Access lasts for the stated validity period and begins only after the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds will follow the refund policy published with the offer. A refunded purchase ends the access it provided.

We provide the service "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running and your work saved, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. In a timed test, only answers our server receives before time ends are counted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content in the service — for example a missed application deadline. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, harms other students or the service, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
