Delete your Abhyas360 account

You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, on the website or in the app. If you can't sign in, we'll do it for you.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

In short

  • Settings → Your data → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.
  • Your profile, attempts, revision, notifications and saved study data are permanently deleted.
  • Question reports are kept without your name; a few internal records keep only an account number.
  • Can't sign in? Email Aksahmax661@gmail.com.

1. Delete in the app

  • Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  • Open Settings and find the “Your data” section.
  • Optional: download a copy of your data first with “Download my data”.
  • Choose “Delete my account”, type DELETE to confirm, then press “Delete forever”.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out on this device, and the account can no longer be used on any device. The shared demo account cannot be deleted.

If you own an institute workspace that still has other members, deletion is paused until you remove those members or ask us to close or transfer the workspace.

2. What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number, password hash, language, state, target exam, exam date and study preferences.
  • All your attempts, answers and results, and the practice sets you created.
  • Revision items and flashcard schedules, streaks, badges, current-affairs progress, mains drafts and other saved study data.
  • Notifications, alert follows, notification preferences, WhatsApp opt-in, push subscriptions and email verification.
  • Share links you created (they stop working), offline revision packs on our servers, and AI tutor usage records.
  • Institute memberships, assignment records and ranking choices.
  • Your invite code. Friends who joined through your link keep their accounts, but they are no longer linked to you.

3. What is kept

  • Question reports you sent: kept so the question can still be reviewed and corrected, with your name removed. The text you wrote in the report remains.
  • A record that an account was deleted, and earlier product usage events (for example “mock completed” or how the account signed up). These refer only to an internal account number — never your name, email or phone — and are used for counting and security.
  • Short-lived sign-in code records (which contain the phone number they were sent to) until routine clean-up removes them after they expire.
  • Copies in our service providers' backups, email delivery logs and server logs, until they are overwritten in their normal cycle.
  • Anything we must keep to comply with the law.

Data stored on your own device — such as theme, drafts and offline revision packs in your browser — is not on our servers. Clear it from your browser's site settings, or uninstall the app.

4. Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it

Email Aksahmax661@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Send it from the email address registered to the account if you can, or include the registered email address or mobile number.

Before deleting, we will confirm that you control the account — for example by replying to the registered email address. We will tell you when the deletion is complete. Never send us your password or sign-in codes.

Read the Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your data.
