How questions are verified
- Numerical and reasoning questions are generated from templates where the answer is computed by code — never typed by hand.
- Knowledge questions are written to stable textbook facts and labelled 'editorial review in progress' until a human reviewer signs them off.
- Published question versions never change. A correction creates a new version for future tests. Historical attempts keep their original question and answer snapshot; automatic re-scoring is not available in this beta.
- Exam patterns show their version and source. 'Indicative' patterns are rehearsal approximations — always confirm the latest official notification.
